William Tracy President & CEO
President & CEO, The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. since August 25, 2017. Previously he had served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company from July 2015 to August 2017. Served as Executive Vice President—Supply Chain, Logistics, Omnichannel Fulfillment and Global Sourcing of Hudson’s Bay Company since 2013. Previous posts held at Hudson’s Bay Company include Executive Vice President—Supply Chain, Logistics, Omnichannel Fulfillment and Information Services from 2011 to 2013, Senior Vice President—Supply Chain, Logistics and eCommerce Fulfillment from 2010 to 2011 and Executive Vice President—Operations from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Tracy has prior experience as Chief Operating Officer at Fortunoff and Nine West Footwear Corporation and has served in various senior leadership positions at Lord & Taylor and Abraham & Strauss Department Stores.
Nancy Walsh Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective November 9, 2015. Served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Coach, Inc. from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2007, previous assignments at Coach included Chief Risk Officer, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of its worldwide wholesale division. Additionally, Ms. Walsh has had previous experience as Assistant Treasurer of Viacom, Inc. and The Timberland Company.
Chad Stauffer President of Merchandising and Marketing
Mr. Stauffer served as Executive Vice President of Merchandising from May 2017 to December 2017. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager of Center Core and Children’s from May 2016 to May 2017, and SVP, GMM of Men’s, Children’s & Home from June 2015 to May 2016. Chad joined Bon-Ton as Group VP of Private Brand Strategic Planning & Product Development for Men’s & Children’s in April 2015. Mr. Stauffer also held the position of VP, DMM of Home at Belk, Inc. from 2012 to 2015 and VP, DMM of Children’s from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Stauffer has also served in various merchandise leadership positions with Sports Authority, Kohl’s, JCPenney, and May Department Stores.
Luis Fernandez Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
Executive Vice President—Chief Marketing Officer since September 2013. Appointed to the position of Executive Vice President—Chief Marketing Officer and eCommerce in May 2012, having joined the Company from Neiman Marcus Group where he most recently served as Vice President, Last Call Marketing and Customer Insight. From 2007 to 2010, served as Vice President, Marketing, Online and Catalog, and from 2002 to 2006, Vice President, Marketing and Systems Strategy at Neiman Marcus Group.
Stephen R. Byers Executive Vice President, Stores, Visual & Loss Prevention
Executive Vice President, Stores, Visual & Loss Prevention, effective January 30, 2011. Prior to this, Vice Chairman, Stores, Distribution, Real Estate and Construction, since February 3, 2008. Prior to this, Vice Chairman, Stores, Operations, Private Brand, Merchandise Planning and Allocation and Internet Merchandising since October 10, 2006. Was Executive Vice President, Carson’s Stores effective April 3, 2006. Prior to that time, was Executive Vice President, Stores and Visual Merchandising of Carson’s since August 2004. Held the post of Senior Vice President / Territory Director of Stores for Kohl’s Department Stores between 2000 and August 2004.
Norm Veit Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Veit joined the company May 1, 2017 with more than 35 years of IT experience. He served as Chief Information Officer and EVP, Distribution, Real Estate & Facilities for Nine West Holdings, Inc. from 2007 until 2017 prior to joining Bon-Ton. He held other positions for Nine West Holdings, Inc., including SVP Corporate MIS and Vice President, MIS. Prior to Nine West, Veit was at Ames Department Stores, Inc. from 1997-2002. Prior to this he held various positons at Fay’s Incorporated and American Stores Company.
